I thought it might be fun to show what those bushes look like when you can't see the spider webs. The webs really don't show all the time, even though they are always there.

Jill asked me if the spiders caused any damage. Apparently they do if there are too many. Sometimes the bushes start looking sick, especially in prolonged hot weather if I remember right. When that happens, Jim just gets out the hose and gives them a good, forceful, rinsing off. That seems to take care of them for another season.
